The guidance accuracy of precision guided weapons will decrease when the guidance,navigation and control systems are damaged or disturbed by the directed energy weapon.However,the precision guided weapons may still pose a threat to the target.The guidance precision variation of precision guided weapons before and after seeker failure is analyzed by trajectory simulation.Then,the deviation criterion for precision guided weapons is proposed combined with risk-estimate distances of the US army.The criterion can quantitatively evaluate the combat effectiveness of anti-precision guidance weapons operation with directed energy.
